What are your opinions of the Circle Justice system?

The Circle Justice System is a good way to manage situations like the one in the book.  This is good because there does not have to be a judge to say, “ORDER IN THE COURT!” and everyone that attends the meeting can speak their opinion.

In what ways is it a better alternative than the system of justice we use?

This is better than our court system in the sense that it is more controlled, and each person that attends the meeting is there dedicated to one topic, and each person will have something to say.  They do not need anyone else to make sure that the meeting is running smoothly.

In what ways is it inferior?

This justice system is inferior to ours because of our orderly, well-managed system, as opposed to a feather being passed around a circle of people in chairs.

Do you think it has the potential to resolve the situation Cole Matthew finds himself in?

I think that this could help his situation in particular because his family is there to not just behave how they normally would, but to share the bad things that they have/have not done to/for him.  This could show his lawyer many more reasons working with his side of the argument.
