1. Can someone who has committed murder ever by fully trusted again?  Explain why or why not.

I believe that after committing a murder, whether or not you can be trusted again depends on your behavior and decisions after they get out of jail.  If they go to reform and physical therapy/rehab (if they have physical health problems), then the chances that they have changed and can be trusted raise to about 80/100, and vise versa they could end up in jail again.  But if you aren’t that person yourself, you have to rely on odds.  Let’s hope they’re with you!


2. Why might Circle Justice have worked better for the Native Americans prior to the arrival of Europeans in North America?

The Circle Justice System may have worked better for the Native Americans prior to the arrival of Europeans in North America because the Native Americans/Indians loved their planet more than anyone, and did not have as many rebellions.  They did not require a strict justice system like ours.
